A great find if you are interested in old scripts. The property of Alexander H. Cohen who, with an inheritance, became an investor in a number of flops, producing his first Broadway show with Ghost for Sale in 1941 which closed after 6 performances. You can read his credits with a quick Goggle search. Cohen was responsible for the international stardom of Marcel Marceau, bringing him to NY to support Maurice Chevalier in An Evening with Maurice Chevalier. Despite his success with revues, Cohen never produced a financially successful book musical on Broadway although he did produce successful London productions. Inside the script you will find an address for Mark Selzak, a recognized actor. I am unsure if this script was meant for him or may have belonged to him.
